Easter is one of the most important holidays in the Christian faith. Easter ends up being a whole weekend thing for me. My church offers 3 days of services, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So this year I attended the Friday service. I served holding babies in the nursery for 2 services of Saturday. Then Saturday night I picked my dad up from the airport after not seeing him for 9 weeks. So my family decided we would have a relaxing family day on Easter Sunday.
One reason I love my church is they always have super cute props to take photos with.

Easter is all about family. Being with your family and worshiping is the best way to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior.

This is a time of year where everyone goes to church, but its important to remember church isn't a 2-5 time a year thing, I spoke to so many people who said that they haven't been since christmas and that makes me so sad. I feel at home at my church and I hope and pray people can find a church to call home.

This is one of my Pastors, I am so thankful for her. She has been a huge inspiration in my life, even though I have only known her for 6 months, plus look how fun and cute we are.

My Easter basket, I got a bunch of Cadbury candy and A LILLY PULITZER SWELL BOTTLE! I have wanted one since they first came out and my dad got one when he was on a business trip. Literally so happy!

And what is Easter without yummy dessert. Disclaimer, sadly this year we were just to busy to have time to bake, but you can't go wrong with a berry tart from Trader Joe's and a chocolate cake from Costco.
